AENOR accredits KONIKER’s Integrated Management System

The Spanish Association for Standardisation and Certification (AENOR) has once again accredited KONIKER’s comprehensive management system based on the reference standards UNE-EN ISO 9001 Quality System, UNE 166.002 R&D&I Management System and UNE 166.006 Surveillance and Intelligence Management.

The audit was carried out at the beginning of April and different criteria were analysed, including process efficiency, continuous improvement, risk management and stakeholder satisfaction.

“At KONIKER, we are aware of the importance of offering a quality service, managing R&D&I in a systematic and efficient way and developing an innovative surveillance and intelligence system that provides added value to our customers. For this reason, we have bet on an Integrated Management System that ensures the Quality of our projects and services” points out the person in charge of the Quality Management System, Waleska Martinez de Aguillo.
